Gifting and Non-Receipted Returns
If you received an item as a gift and do not have the original receipt or proof of purchase, we are happy to assist. Items returned without a receipt are eligible for an exchange or a merchandise credit on a digital gift card. The credit will be issued for the item’s current selling price. No refunds to the original payment method are possible without the original purchaser’s transaction details. This protects the privacy of the original buyer while ensuring the gift recipient is satisfied.

The Digital Refund Option
When processing a standard return within the 30-day window, customers can choose between a refund to the original payment method or a Digital Refund Credit. Choosing the digital credit will fast-track your refund—often credited to your email within 48 hours of inspection—allowing you to shop again immediately without waiting for bank processing times. This is part of our dedicated customer service focused on speed and convenience.

Exceptions: Tailoring and Under-layers
To ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards, all personal wear items like hats, gloves, scarves, and base layers that have been removed from their original sealed packaging are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. Furthermore, once an item has been modified or tailored from its original specification, it becomes a final sale. We stand by the quality of our materials and construction but require these hygiene and modification conditions to maintain our inventory standards.

International Return Transit Times
Please allow significantly longer transit times for international returns. While we process the refund promptly upon receipt, the entire return cycle, from the time you ship the item until the refund is reflected in your account, can take up to 4-6 weeks due to customs clearance and slower international logistics. We appreciate your patience and ensure that the moment your item clears our inspection, your refund is processed immediately.
